LEADERSHIP 360 CIRCLE PRACTITIONER
I am a certified Leadership 360 practitioner. The Leadership 360 Circle (TLC) is the leader in global best practices for 360 Assessments. Throughout my career I have been privileged to experience several tools for 360, work style, personality style and more. The Leadership 360 is one of the most comprehensive, impactful and easy tools to administer and receive. As per the testimonials provided herein, the results are immediately impactful and applicable. The founders and management team at The Leadership Circle utilize the Barrett model of Cultural Assessments to evaluate their own organization.
CO-ACTIVE COACH (CPCC) AND PROFESSIONAL CERTIFIED COACH (PCC)
Certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF).
I am governed by the ICF Code of Ethics.
CTI is the oldest coach training school in the world and the first training institute to be accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). It requires a 12 month weekly training and certification program with a minimum of 200 hours of in-class and paid coaching clients, supervision reviews of technical expertise along with written and oral exams.
PCC status requires a minimum 500 hours of coaching (460 paying clients).

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS SYSTEMS COACHING (ORSC)
Heather is certified with ORSC (Organizational Relationships Systems Coaching) which is a global leader in systems coaching and optimizing team effectiveness. I studied and was certified in London UK with ORS@work which is specific to systems in workplace environments. And also certified with the latest program focused on change management and multi-generational systems/ teams with Leapers, Bridge Builders and Tradition Holders. ORSC is developed by Corporations in Right Relationship Global (CRR Global) and is the creation of visionaries whose trainings were founded in the principles of CoActive Coaching.
CTI LEADERSHIP TRAINING (10 MONTH PROGRAM)
Heather studied with CTI in an intensive 10 month Leadership Program based out of Sonoma, CA with colleagues from around the world. Program included 4 week-long retreats, weekly assignments and in-between collaborations. We continue to connect regularly where we share best practices in leadership development.
